FAQ’S

Is the merchandise that you sell officially licensed?

Everything we sell is officially licensed, which includes apparel, flags, accessories, etc. Merchandise is imported in so band merchandise for example, comes from official distributors that represent the bands. Bands get royalties for everything that we sell that has their name or likeness on it.

Do you ship merchandise to people?

We are still old skool when it comes to shipping out merchandise. We do not have a shipping dept. and right now, we do not ship anything out. So if you are in Vancouver, you need to come visit us. Or if you know somebody in the city, you can have them pick stuff up for you.

Am I able to try things on in your store?

Yes, we do have fitting rooms so you can come in and try items on. Different companies use different blanks for their t-shirts and hoodies. Quite often, the same company will use different types of t-shirts for the same band or movie. They all fit differently so it is a very good idea to come in and actually try things on. A large in one kind of t-shirt may fit very differently from a large in a different t-shirt.

Can I get a t-shirt custom made at your store?

Nope, we do not do any printing. Everything we sell is officially licensed, high quality and imported directly from official suppliers.

What sizes do your t-shirts and hoodies go up to?

We carry s-xl in almost all of the designs we bring in. We carry 2xl in many of the designs when they are available. We have a limited selection of 3xl shirts but are trying to bring in more when they are available.

Do you just sell guy's t-shirts or do you have women's shirts as well?

We do have a very large selection of girls/women’s fitted t-shirts and tank-tops, even some dresses. Some of the women’s tees and tanks are looser fitting but still a feminine cut.

Do you sell kids t-shirts?

We have a very good selection of infant and toddler tees & onesies. The store has a selection of youth tees and we bring in new ones when they become available. Some boys/girls are happy with an adult small because there is so much more selection. And girls often fit into the girl’s/women’s fitted tees.

Do you sell the same shirts that they have at concerts or get leftovers after the show is over?

No, it is actually very rare for us to get the same shirts they sell at concerts except for some heavy metal shirts that go back to the distributors and then we can bring them in. For the most part, while the companies that provide the merchandise for shows are the same ones that sell to us, they have some shirts that only sell at the shows and others that they sell to us. This can actually be a good thing because we often get the older or classic album shirts that people are really looking for.

Do you only sell rock shirts?

Hell No! We have a massive selection of rock shirts, but we also have a great selection of hip hop bands, as well as pop, jazz/blues and country music bands as long as they are available to us. We try to carry a little, or in many cases, a lot of everything!

Do you sell pipes and bongs?

We are not a typical “head shop” as we do not sell any pipes, bongs or other paraphernalia. Ownership has decided to not sell those items. The store is a nice mix of being family friendly, yet still being a bit edgy at the same time.
